The only guidelines i found mentioned that if youve been positive that you shouldnt be doing lateral flow tests or pcrs for 90 days following infection unless you develop new symptoms. Contact tracing should also be undertaken as soon as the test result has been received and close contacts should self-isolate. Self-isolation lasts for 10 days but can be shortened if people produce negative lateral flow tests on days six and seven.
