Monzo does not charge a fee when you top up your account using another bank card. Perhaps Monzo could have a system where usually there is a fee but if they have a job contract on file confirming cash payment and a wage slip corrolating to a cash deposit they will agree to waive the charge. And for countries outside the European Economic Area you can take out 200 cash for free every 30 days.

Theres a monthly limit on how much you can withdraw for free when abroad. Well charge a fee for replacing cards which have been lost stolen or misused. Most other banks dont charge for depositing cash but there are still costs that. You can also deposit cash using your Monzo card but each deposit comes with a 1 pound fee.
